PENGETAHUAN TENTANG DISMENORE DENGAN PERILAKU PENANGANAN DISMENORE PADA SANTRI ALIYAH
KELAS X PONDOK PESANTREN IMAM BUKHORI SURAKARTA TAHUN 2013

INTISARI
Latar Belakang :Dismenore
dialami oleh 30%-50% wanita usia reproduksi dan 10%-15% diantaranya kehilangan
kesempatan kerja, mengganggu kegiatan belajar di sekolah dan kehidupan
keluarga. Begitu pula angka kejadian dismenore di Indonesia cukup tinggi, namun yang berobat ke pelayanan kesehatan sangatlah sedikit, yaitu hanya
1%-2%. Kondisi tersebut juga terlihat di Pondok Pesantren Imam Bukhori
Surakarta. Dari 84 santri, 52 santri diantaranya mengalami
gangguan aktifitas saat dismenore dan menyebabkan proses belajar mengajar menjadi
terganggu, sehingga akan berdampak pada menurunnya nilai akademik.
Tujuan Penelitian :Untuk mengetahui
hubungan tingkat pengetahuan tentang dismenore dengan perilaku penanganan
dismenore
Metode Penelitian :Penelitian survey
analitik dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 46
santri didapatkan melalui purposive sampling. Data diuji dengan uji
korelasi non parametrik kendall’s tau, tingkat kesalahan 5%.
Hasil :Sebanyak 25
(54%) santri memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup tentang dismenore dan 35 (76%)
santri telah berperilaku baik untuk menangani dismenore. Hasil uji statistik
berupa koefisien korelasi (τ) = 0,450 dengan
nilai probability (p) = 0,000 yang artinya hubungan antara kedua
variabel dalam kategori sedang.
Kesimpulan :
Ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan tentang dismenore
dengan perilaku penanganan dismenore pada santri kelas X Pondok Pesantren Imam
Bukhori Surakarta.

ABSTRACT
Background: Dysmenorrhea is suffered by 30%-50% of women of
reproductive age and 10%-15% of whom lost job opportunities, disrupt learning
activities in school and family life. So did the numbers of dysmenorrhea occurrences
in Indonesia is quite high, but the medical treatment to the health services is
extremely low, which only 1%-2%. The condition is also seen in the boarding
school of Imam Bukhari. Of the 84 students, 52 students were experiencing
disruption activities as dysmenorrhea and cause teaching and learning process
be interrupted, so it will have an impact on the decreasing academic grades.
Research Objectives: To know the relationship of the understanding
level of dysmenorrhea and the behavioral treatment of dysmenorrhea.
Research Methods: Analytic survey research with cross sectional
time approaches. The number of samples obtained by 46 students through
purposive sampling. Data is tested with a non parametric correlation test
kendall's tau, the level of error 5%.
Result: As many as 25 (54%) students have enough knowledge about
dysmenorrhea and 35 (76%) students have behaved well to deal with dysmenorrhea.
The statistical tests result as correlation coefficient (τ) = 0,450 with probability (p) = 0.000 which means the relationship between two variables in
the medium category.
Conclusion: There is a relationship of the understanding level of
dysmenorrhea and the behavioral treatment of dysmenorrhea on madrasah aliyah
student class X of Imam Bukhari Islamic Boarding School in Surakarta.
